Our ‘In Memoriam’ Room (Latin meaning: in memory of…)
Is a special place to remember and pray for our deceased loved ones. A Sunday Mass is dedicated once a month for the peaceful repose of their souls. If you would like your loved ones remembered there, please fill out the information below. YOU MAY USE UP TO 18 SPACES PER LINE, WITH 3 LINES PER PLAQUE. Please count all letters, spaces and punctuation when filling out the form.
This form must be given to the Parish Office (we prefer it be sent back to us via E-mail) with a $50.00 tax-deductible, donation per plaque.
